All eligible employees and trainees undergo competent clinical supervision - this means an expert in that content area supervises each employee’s specialty and growth edges.

We never engage in free labor for interns or other employees and begin compensation at the industry standard of a 60/40 split for independently licensed permanent employees. We know that therapy consumers do not always understand the ins and outs of our profession, but we do - and we want you to know that going in.

Beginning 01/01/2026, full-time employees are offered health, vision, and dental, insurance. Our aim is to do our part to improve clinicians' quality of life while remaining employed in our field.

CARE Counseling, Inc. is an approved training site for Northwestern University and The Family Institute graduate students.
