At CARE Counseling, we are committed to providing equitable employment and training. All employees are given a vacation stipend to encourage time off and in support of our ethical duty to remain healthy. All eligible employees and trainees undergo competent clinical supervision - this means an expert in that content area supervises each employee’s specialty. We never engage in free labor for interns or other employees and begin at the industry standard of a 60/40 split for permanent employees. We know that therapy consumers do not always understand the ins and outs of our profession, but we do - and we want you to know that going in.
