When you’re ready, we offer evidence-based therapies to help process and release trauma, such as:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) – working gently with protective and wounded “parts” of self

  • Brainspotting or EMDR – therapies that target stored trauma in the brain and body

  • Somatic therapy – reconnecting with your body in safe, empowering ways

  • Polyvagal-informed care – supporting your nervous system’s return to safety

4. Integration and Meaning-Making

Finally, we work to help you reclaim your sense of self, build healthy relationships, and feel empowered in your life again.
